Where does the time go?!
Just returned from another great workshop with sifu Richard Torres, ably assisted by one of his senior students, sifu Vincent Benitez.
The topics covered were amongst others, Close Range - Kicking (and combo's), looking at details of close range power delivery in punching, and some strategic elements such as PIA vs ABD.
We had fun, learned a thing or two or at least sharpened our knowledge and execution. Here's to the next one. Spoiler alert, there may be one in April 2027! ;-)
Walk On!
